Unbelievable Hotel, the staff are fantastic. We arrived early evening to be greeted by the great reception team and offered a welcome drink. We were swiftly shown to our room and we were shown the room and working of controls. our bags were delivered by the porter and we didn’t have time to unpack before housekeeping arrived to ensure that everything was as expected.
We dined that evening and the food is devine. Yes it does come at a cost but it is worth the money.
The rooms are brilliant. The staff fantastic and so friendly. The detail is on point. The views from the rooftop bar amazing .
It was my wife’s 50th birthday and they made a bespoke cake at our last breakfast for her – we hadn’t mentioned it was her birthday. This had been picked up by the staff. We were genuinely touched by the gesture.
Arrivederci. We will return!

Spent 6 nights in this wonderful hotel which is perfectly located near the beautiful centre of Sorrento. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly, they couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was excellent and the cocktails on rooftop bar were a real treat.
Overall it was an exceptional stay, I would definitely come again!

We stayed three nights to celebrate my birthday and it was so special. Every team member throughout the hotel was wonderful. A special mention to Gaetano who runs the breakfast service every morning with his team. They were the friendliest, most wonderful people and I was always addressed by name which was a nice gesture. They organised breakfast for nine of us with our own reserved table and a cake. The spa, gardens and pool are beautiful. Room service was quick and friendly. And the rooftop bar is lovely, especially at sunset. I only wish we could have stayed longer. A 5 star review from me without any question
