Payment Process:

Once we receive your booking request, we will review the information provided to ensure the tour is suitable for each guest based on mobility and dietary requirements.

Once your booking is approved, you’ll receive an invoice for the deposit to secure your place.

A 30% non-refundable deposit per person is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining balance is due 120 days prior to your arrival date.
For bookings made within 120 days of the tour departure, full payment is required.
Payments can be made via credit card or direct deposit (link will be provided in the invoice).
If payment is not received within 3 days of invoice, your booking will be cancelled.

Travel Insurance

All payments made are non-refundable. We require all guests to take out their own comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation coverage.

Terms and Conditions:

Your trip will be confirmed when minimum numbers are reached, at latest 120 days before departure.
If the trip is canceled by us before this date, a full refund will be issued minus any bank charges.
We advise that you do not book your flights until the trip has been confirmed. We are not in a position to compensate for travel arrangements booked before the trip has been confirmed.
